‍Verify API: AI-powered technology filters out events without a person, while footage of potential threats is automatically sent to a Noonlight-authorized agent for verification. If no threat is confirmed, the event is cleared without disrupting your users. If a threat is identified, an alarm is triggered and users are notified within seconds. When an emergency is verified and the Dispatch API is enabled, critical footage and event details are shared with emergency dispatchers to help prioritize the alarm and coordinate an appropriate response.

Noonlight alarms are added to the queue for call-takers at local public safety answering points like any other alarm or 911 call. When responders access a Noonlight alarm, they are given precise user location data and other information critical to the emergency via the linked, web-based SendPolice dashboard that helps them better triage response.

If a threat is identified, users are notified within seconds, and agents can take action through two-way talk-down or escalation to emergency dispatch when needed.
